NEW application and my history

First of all hi to All i wanna ask you 1 question regarding my new application for uk tier 4 student visa below is my detail..

I am from pakistan I came from uk 5 months before because the death of my father on that time i was using overdraft and suddenly i flew to my home country for this emergency i was unable to pay my overdraft but now i am willing to clear dues and every thing but i am sure my history become worst as i did not communicate to bank my question is will it effect to my new visa application as my history is not good due to that reason
