Hi,
Applying Tier 1 Entreprenuer Visa outside UK.

* Have access to £200K in my current account, bank is regulated by UKBA and freely disposable to UK.(75 points)
* Have Msc Degree from UK (10 points for English)
* Have Maintained £3100 in 2 saving accounts for 90 days. (10 points).
Additonal docs,
*Father declaration ( All money is being transferred from his account )
My Construction Company documents ( Audit report, Balance sheet, Company Registarton *Certificate, Income Tax Registration , Company Profile and details of current running projects)
*Construction Business Plan
*Evidence of source of money . Property agreement ( As I have recently sold property and money is generated from there)
* CV


Please let me know if I am missing something.

for example

What is the document ?

bank is regulated by UKBA ??? You mean FSA ?

and Have you read the policy guideline or some solicitor is filing this for you ?

Write down a proper list of docs if you want further help in this forum.
