Post by Saeedrehman » Mon Jun 17, 2013 3:58 pm

Hi all,

I had Applied for t1 ent with my wife as my team member. I had all the funds on my name back home and so was 3rd party for her.

Today she received her Biometrics card!! I am waiting for mine. Here is the timeline of our appplication.

Posted Application - 29/04/13

Received by HO - 01/05/2013

Money taken- 03/05/2013

Acknowledgement n Biometrics letter received- 09/05/2013

Biometrics given – 09/05/13

E-mail Enquiry made to my wife on her personal email id – 31/05/13

(The email stated that:

''The bank letter you have submitted from xxx Bank does not meet the criteria as set out under paragraph 41-SD a) of Appendix A of the Immigration Rules:
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/polic ... appendixa/
As it is third party evidence it requires the contact details of the third party including full address, postal code, telephone number and any email address and also needs to state the name of the applicants and that the funds are transferable to them or can be accessed by them.''

Gave us 7 working days to submit the documents.)

Document sent- 07/06/13.

Document received- 10/06/13

BRP received- 17/06/13!!

We were very surprised about the email from case worker.

Alhamdulilah is all we can say.

Congratulations to you and your dear wife for this great feat and landmark victory. This is most efficient and dedicated caseworker in the history of ukba. I believed God will specifically reward him/her for this noble and dedicated service to humanity. I wish others could be as efficient as this one.

Thank you all!!

Darvesh- our business is of providing marketing services.

Imran14- No, we did not submit business plan or market survey report. We submitted all the required documents but nothing extra.

Now I have a question- My wife is currently on Maternity leave and receiving maternity pay. We will be eligible for ILR under long residency in 2014. Does she have to resign??

If she doesnt resign immidiately and resigns once her maternity leave ends, will it effect our ILR?

I guess this is against T1E policy.
On job or on Leave, your wife is still a permanent employee of XYZ organisation and that is against the T1E policy.
If I were you, I would inform your wife's employer ASAP in written via official email address.
