Dependent with a different visa exp date

Dependent with a different visa exp date

hi friends
i am main applicant with two dependents are in appeal process waiting for a hearing date for tier 1 ent visa refused.3rd dependent visa expiring on 15 july2013 so it was not included with main applicant application.now i dont know how to include 3rd dependent with my appeal.
does anyone knows what options are available for me regarding 3rd applicant.
