English language waiver

Hi,
My daughter has been accepted to Oxford University for second masters and Oxford granted her with English Language waiver, stating she does not need to sit a test. She did her first Masters in our home country, at American University of Armenia for two years and the medium instruction language was English.
My question is;
Does she still need English test (TOEFL/IELTS) for her Tier 4 Visa? Or Oxford will state the waver in her CAS and that will suffice?

Normally if the degree is being achieved in majority of english speaking countries then this requirement can easily fulfilled but for meeting UKBA requirement for english language a higher education institute such as university can use its own methods of assessment which perhaps in your case. But still if the applicant is applying from abroad then better to reconfirm it from the local embassy if they accept it.
