creative worker visa query

Just a quick query can someone who enters on a Tier 5 creative visa for 4 months then make an application to ukba inside the UK to change employer, same tier 5 creative visa but diff sponsor upto a Max of 12 months? Or should they leave UK?

2nd Q is if there are multiple engagements can we assign 2 cos fRom 2 diff sponsors and apply for entry clearance to cover both cos?

You can be issued 2 CoS by 2 different sponsors as long as the work dates stated on the CoS don't overlap.

If you enter on a Tier 5 CoS with visa (not using the visa-free concession for 3 months or less) then yes you can apply to extend your stay with another CoS. It's a right palaver though - extension apps are costly and very time-consuming.
