Which Visa should my spouse go for?

Hi,

Currently I am in UK and doing a perm job. I have UK passport. My wife and daughter(UK Passport) are in India.

We don't want to settle in Uk and I want my wife and kid to visit UK once or twice a year for holiday for next 3-4 years. My wife is not working and at home.

I found two Visa options , dependent visa and family tourist visa. Dependent visa has large fees and don't want to spend that much as wife is not going to be here for settlement.

We want to appy for her tourist visa but fear of getting rejected. Any suggestion on my case will help.
