Citizenship Certificate Number

Post by tailspin » Wed Jun 19, 2013 1:23 pm

My wife is applying for naturalisation on basis of marriage to me (BC), and have a problem with question 1.34 on form AN:

The form ask if your partner is a naturalised British citizen, enter "Their citizenship certificate reference number".

But the problem is I got my naturalisation back in 2005 and have no idea about such a certificate or probably lost it. Would my passport be enough and how can I get an official ruling on this.

Or do I need to request for a new certificate and from where?
