I am not sure what you mean? If you are not the spouse of civil partner of a British Citizen you must have been resident in the UK for at least 5 years and been settled (had ILR or PR) for at least 12 months. Note you must have been physically present in the UK 5 (or 3) years prior to the HO receiving your application.lad2777 wrote:is there a chance that might not get a citizenship if they check 5 years again that was Ok for Permanent residence card? plus 12 months without any problems?
