ILR from Tier 1 - Joint Bank Account Query

Post by Sukaina786 » Wed Jun 19, 2013 3:51 pm

Hi All,

I am currently on Tier 1 General Point Based System Visa and will be applying for ILR on 15/07/2013 at Croydon PEO.

My husband and I have a joint bank account where my salary comes in. My husband is on Tier 2 Visa and has never used this account for any of his finances. Does anyone know whether I can submit the bank statements of this joint account as a proof of earning/employment (in addition to the pay slips)?

I believe there is no need to submit proof of maintain fund for ILR. So I don't need worry about it.

Any help/advice will be appreciated.
