tier 1 general dividends and invoices query

dividends signed by director.

invoices have company details.

Are stamp/seal legally required for the above? or it should be fine

U dont even need a invoices either, if you have drawn a dividend then your personal statement and accountant letter will go this is a standard requirements...

Hi Barun,

The amount on the invoices and dividend vouchers should match the amount on the bank statements.

A board member (usually the Director of a Limited Company) should, as a minimum requirement, provide a signature, full name and state their position on the dividend vouchers / invoices along with the relevant company details (registered address, registration number, contact details etc.)
