Tier2 umberla

HI,

I switched to tier2 general couple of months before, the sponsor is an umberlla company and i could not find a contract for last 2 months,hence i am not able to pay the tax everymonth .

My question is ,
1. will i be losing my visa status if i donot pay tax monthly
2. will it have an impact on my ILR , which is later next year

U cannot be self employed in tier 2 u should be a payee, how come u have to find a job ?
Or am I missing something??

Hi Karan,
Even I am looking for a Tier 2 general Visa sponsorship for my cousin who is in India. Could u pls help me with the contact details of your umbrella company who helped you with a CoS and allowed you to search for contract in UK.
