My friend is in urgent need of help regarding spouse visa to UK:
He is working in a government public sector organisation. He is intended to leave his job immediately after getting the spouse visa to come to UK and live permanently with me so that we can start our family life.
Problem is that his employer will make his life harder if he knows that he is going to UK and employer will never provide permission to UK certificate even for holidays.
Do he have to resign from his work before applying for visa and provide his resignation letter from his current employer?
We went through guidance on website of home office regarding spouse visa and there is no clear directions on this matter. When some one is coming to UK for settlement as family member of sponsor in UK , how one can provide letter from existing education institution or employer relating to spouse visa application to live in UK permanently?
Guidance need following document:
Evidence of your current employment or studies:
This could include:
a letter from your employer on company headed paper – detailing your salary and the length of your employment, confirming that you have been given time off work, and stating whether this time off is paid or unpaid. You should consider submitting further documents which could support an employment letter, such as, pay slips or tax returns. If you have recently entered new employment you should consider providing details of your previous employment and salary history.
a letter from your education provider on headed paper –confirming your
