today was my court hearing. my visa was refused on salary basis. My hearing was supposed to go for half an hour but before argument go any further judge asked me to provide contract paper which was not with me at the time. Judge gave me 2 hours to provide the paper to him which I did. And so my hearing ended without any arguments. I am told in 10 days judge will provide the decision.
Now in one hand i am thinking because there was no arguments decision will not be in my favor. Judge simply didn't like not being well prepared and missing one of most important paper which should have been in my documents bundle
On the other hand I am thinking if he was not going in my favor why should he give me time to provide the missing document. He simply could have ignored it and ended hearing with other arguments or without any argument at all.
