Just want to ask that, we have got all the bills for the past 2 years on our names, but the council tax is in my brother name as he was living in our house because we were living with my Mum we have now moved out to our house & now the council tax is in our name from June would they say anything about it not sure what to do. we will be applying in sep 13

Over the last 2 years, for every 4 months you need one joint letter or a letter each from a total of 3 different sources. It's the name, address and date on letter which is what the caseworker will look at. So you could have different sources for every 4 month period until June when you pop in a council tax bill in joint names then for September another bill just to complete it.
