BP child- advice on OCI, PIO, Long term and tourist visa etc

Thanks everyone for prompt reply.
Once again I need advice on below topic plz.
I am on ILR, my child got his BP. We want to travel to India sometime in July 2nd or 3rd week.

I am just confusing with the indian visa to get for my child.

OCI, PIO, Tourist or long term visa which one is suitable for him now. And how long it takes for each visa categories.

I heard that OCI will take long to get. Can I get PIO approved within 2 weeks for child under 2 yrs old.??

What are the documents to produce for PIO? On the VFS website it says that, I need to surrender my passport, in that case How would I travel with my child then?

Can Anyone please advice me on the visa categories urgently.
