can I change the docs**URGENT** VERY Crucial situation.

I did english c1 from a college, sent application to ukba. other team member got visa. my application refused saying one english certificate missing. I only got the 3 certificates from college but ukba demanding one summary slip as well. no other objection. I have lodged the appeal on the basis of evidentioal flexibility. I went to college now (after 9 months) to get the summary slip as well. there is no college there any more. I contacted the awarding body, they said certificates are fake and they have no record.
I have done another english ( TOIC ) C1 and ready to send to UKBA if court allows the appeal.
ukba has not verified the docs yet. should I tell them not to consider my previous eng docs and accept my new TOIC certificate?
very much crucial situation. some friends are advising to withdraw the appeal and go for student visa instead for safe side.

once ukba has decided your application then u cant give more docs in favour of ur application.

i dont think u can change docs during ur appeal as it might considered as new evidence.
if u want to change docs (english test docs) then better make a new application with same docs except new TOIC.
as ur friend already got visa on same docs then highly likely u will get too.

I was on tier 4 visa so I would not have the right to submit new application as rules have changed.

I am thinking when court decide in my favour and send the case back to homeoffice to give applicant time to produce missing document at that time can I submit different english test?

I think you should confidently go for appeal. Do not much worry about your previous english language exam result as nothing can be done about that. Claim in appeal that you did not get the missing bit from the college you appeared test from. Therefore in order to be on safe side you have appeared new test and present the result.

Hopefully judge will consider this. And kindly keep us updated on this thread the result of your appeal.

Also, this category is more better compared to tier 4.

Go ahead with the appeal. Defend your case on the document your College presented to you. If you are not confident enough please, use a solicitor. Your solicitor will know if and when to mention the new English cert.
