Tier 2 issue

Hi,

I am on ICT tier 2 dependent visa (from May 2013) and working for company XYZ for last one month. My company XYZ is willing to sponsor Tier 2 General Visa.
I am eligible for OUT OF COUNTRY application only.

My query is

1) Can I continue to work for the company XYZ and just travel to my home country and apply for Tier 2 visa.
2) Do I need a new offer letter for tier 2 processing from my company

2) Do I need a new offer letter for tier 2 processing from my company You need the offer of a NQF level 6 job (unless it is a shortage occupation) with appropriate salary, the sponsor needs to carry out a residen labour market test (takes 28 days) and then apply to the Home Office for a restricted CoS
