EEA MEMBER TRAVELING ABROAD WHILE NON-EEA IS APPLYING FOR

Post by TaMi » Thu Jun 20, 2013 7:56 pm

Hi everybody!!

I am Spanish national and my husband is Moroccan. He just applied for EEA2 on 7th of June.
In Spain, appart from the Passport we also have an ID Card and I was wondering if I am allowed to travel to my home country without my husband and my Passport being hold by the HO or if I have to ask for the withrawing of the application.

Thank you for your replies

In general, you can be absent from the UK for up to six months without affecting the application.

You can travel on you id card.
