Mother of 6 year old british national child- visa applicatio

Good evening to everyone.

I have a sincere problem and after trying to get through all the official UK Boarder Agency homepage there are still questions I have.

The Situation is the following: My aunty (pakistani national) lives in Pakistan with her daughter (6 years old). Her child is a British citizen however also living with her in Pakistan (never been to the UK).

At the time of marriage in 2004 it was unknown to my aunty that her meanwhile Ex-husband was already married having even 5 children. Upon her requests to quit the previous marriage her Ex became very violent towards her and the child and finally them out of their house. After 7 years of marriage she asked for divorce and finally got it in 2012. In recent times she has been getting threats from the family and acquaintances of her Ex-husband to cause her harm if she doesn't leave her child whom she has raised on her own since the beginning.

Question I have now is: She wants to get out of Pakistan and move to the Uk with her daughter. Would she need a General Visa or the Visa for " Family of settled people (settlement)" because of her daughter (6 years old) being a British national? Or can she apply for something else since her marriage lasted for 8 years and her husband was a British National.

I'm not sure whether this is the right platform however I have been trying to collect infos from all around but still confused.

I would be thankful to you if you could give me some advice.
