Reapplying again if ILR refused

Post by Kumar ILR » Fri Jun 21, 2013 4:43 pm

Hi,

I am eligible for ILR in Oct 2013. There is a chance of refusal as one of the single year absence will be more than 180 at that time.
The split wil be only less than 180 if I am going to apply next year but not sure how the rules will change at that time.
so thinking not to lose the chance as absence is due to compassionate ground

My question is
If at all I am being refused ILR at PEO, then can I reapply again in PEO when split of number of days is less than 180?.
Is there any definite time frame for applying again?
Can I apply again in PEO or should I ONLY do through post?

Note :- My current visa ends only in 2015.

Regards,
Kumar

Your post is vague and unclear, so you need to state under what route your present visa is .You also need to state when came to UK and which categories of visa. Have you changed your category of visa since arrival in UK .

Also, its what mentioning that you need to be positive. You have not applied for and already envisaging refusal.
