My Tier-1 ILR checklist of documents.

HI all,
I am due to apply early nest week ,I am not applying for my dependants.These are the documents I have prepared.Please leave your comments here for any correction or missing documents.

My worry
1. Not having P60 for the five years.
2. Not having HMRC welcome letter to support self employed income.
3.Class-2 national insurance-My extension was refused just because of it in 2010 saying it is not a proof according to policy guidance.But now I think it comes under a proof ??? any comments please?

Check List
1. SET (0) filled up the form.
2. Passport (old+new)
3. Photographs X2
4. Initial endorsement letter from Home Office ( 5 years back)
Academic qualification.
1. Original degree certificate.
2. Transcript.
Previous Earning-Self Employment.
1. Invoices.
2. Bank statement.
3. An un-audited business account.
4. Letter from CA certifying earned income.
5. Class-2 national insurance invoice latest one.( Don't have thought out the year)
6. HMRC letter –notice to complete a tax return (Latest) -Don't have any welcome letter .
Five years employment history.
1. Employment history letter from HMRC ( has not had P60 for the last 5 years)
Salaried income.
1. Pay slips.
2. A bank statement showing the deposit.
3.A Letter from employer.
4.P60 of last year.

Once again,
Do they issue a letter for FLR further leave to remain when stamped the passport .It is time I am asking for the extension of Tier-1 Visa ??
Solicitors is asking the letter of grant to leave further issued by Home Office until my expiry date 2014.I cant find anywhere in my file .Please advise if you remember this.
