Post by burney1970 » Sat Jun 22, 2013 3:59 pm

Please let me know the current requirement for passing the English level exam for the UK Naturalization, spouse category.

Will my wife need to pass English level B1 exam besides already cleared the Life in UK test?

thanks

If she is applying before 28 October 2013 the LIUK will suffice.

No she will applying in march 2014.

Does that mean she will have to give the B1 test?

Well she does? So what's the option for her then.

And in case, if someone doesn't have a degree then what is next step?

I would surmise, a NARIC certificate of comparability and the degree transcript showing it was taught in English.
