ILR REQUIREMENTS

Hello,

Do I need to maintain balance of £800 for three months for an ILR application?

I have been on T1 General for past 5yrs - do I need letters for annual leave between employment contracts and annual leave when I was unemployed? if yes, can someone provide a template for these self declaration letters?
