boom boom written appeal dismissed

Post by aziz1053 » Sat Jun 22, 2013 6:13 pm

Hi, I made written appeal on 27 Marc 13, dismissed 19 June 13.
Cat from PS to Tier 1 Enter £50k. Dates as follow.
Visa Applied 10 August 12
Bio 20 August 12
Visa refused 5 Marc 13
Refusal letter received later so applied written appeal in First Tier Tribunal on 27 Marc 13 appeal dismissed on 19 June 13
The appeal dismissed on the basis of nature of the business Judge doesn't have issue with the funds & qualification. Name, contact & address bits of the case is sorted but stuck in nature of business & the contract details.
Now seeking High Tribunal permission for appeal, hope to get that.
Users & senior member opinon would be highly appreciated what are the chances like I will get permission to High Tribunal & is there any chances that will win my case in upper tribunal ?

sorry to hear about it.

were u given an oral appeal right? or there was another reason behind written appeal?

if u get permission for appeal then do it and better prepare urself for next bit.

good luck with appeal.

Lawyer will seek permission from first tier tribunal for Upper Tribunal then we will have oral hearing if they allow us. First I went for written appeal with my own consent..

Ask your solicitor a copy of the same and the grounds he submitted, don't blindly follow what ever they say. Check what are the points he rasied and argued. As i have seen applicants winning on such grounds.

So its more the a month now they didn't reply so what are the chances they will allow me to go high tribunal & if they allow what is the time line of getting a hearing date in high tribunal ? Expert opinion is much appreciated.
