Indian PAssport Surrender

Hello All,

I received my British passport this week.

Now I am planning to return our (my,wife and kid) Indian passport and need your help for below -

1. do I need to book interview at VFS, London office or can I walk in morning(8:30 am time starts) ?

2. can I submit all application together and no need to take family with me ?

3. one of the document requested is British passport so do VFS going to check and return or they will keep british passport ?

One more query-

Do I need to submit any photograph with Indian surrender application form ?

It looks like not as I did not find this mentioned over the website but wanted to reconfirm to be very sure.

All done except, form is asking for 'place of Issue for foreign passport' which I did not find on British passport.

Please advise, what should go in ?
