ILR DEPENDANT QUERY***latest info & help needed***

hi all, am in a following situation

I am eligible for ILR ,but my wife and kid is not in the uk for continuous 2 year period.
My wife was having visa from june 2010-june2011(was living in uk for 6 months)
back in india
june 2012-july 2013(currently living in uk)
so 18 months living in uk,but she had visa for 25 months.

My doubts are
after browsing the ukba website,I can't get the clear answer whether she is eligible to apply with me for ILR or not?
which form do i need to fill if she is eligible, flr M or set M
if not what is the alternate option?how about my kid?looks like i can add him as my dependant in set O form.
can anybody please help me with these queries.
