uk refused visa,want to apply for ireland student visa

dear in 2009 i got refusal from ukba on cambridge college london pgd,i go in appeal,tht was also refused,i came back to my home country voluntrly within 28 days,now after three years,i want to apply for ireland student visa,
did ireland share data with ukba,,
and is my previous record will creat problem for me for my irish visa
should i hide my previous history

waiting for reply from all expert and learnend members

and wht do you think to apply for australia or canada

hope u people help me with good advise
