There is no time limit for dependents as such specified anywhere in the guidelines, but the only exception when you are trying to extend their leave to remain, you have to provide enough evidence that you have been constantly in touch and the relationship is subsisting by way of email or telephone records, and also you could send them some amount via bank transfers for maintenance purpose and keep a record to prove your relationship is genuine.cappachino wrote:Is there a time limit as to when dependants have to travel after receiving of visa
