Source of funds

Post by gussy » Mon Jun 24, 2013 10:02 am

Can the third party declare the full £200,000?

When does the funds need to be invested into the new business?

Is it compulsory for the third-party to invest?

Example scenario: £200,000 declared by third party to get visa. Visa granted. £600,000 raised in funding by new investors (third parties) in 6 months time.

Would this work?

To answer my own question. Under the current policy, any funds declared by a third-party must be invested by the time of application extension (3 years 4 months).
