Urgent !! changes to immigration rules FLR(M) !

Has anyone aware there will be change to forms, I am bit concern on FLR(m)

Appreciated if anyone can highlight any major changes to FLR(m) form. I believe we don't need to attach language test certificate as HO can check online with our details.

Any comments will be welcome.
