I got my ILR in April 2013 and my kids were born in the UK in 2009 and 2011. I had done their naturalization done as a british citizen and today i rang passport office to find out what documents should i require to apply for the kids passports so they says i cannot apply for the kids passports because they were born before i got my ILR.
Please advice.
Thanks

If you have registered your children as British on form MN1 (section 1(3) in your case) then they are entitled to a British Passport.

You are eligible for Passport if you got it registration through MN1 Sec 1.3. You don`t need to call advice line just take it from any post office and send it to IPS with supporting document like full birth certificate and registration certificate, travel document if you have one that sit don`t worry should be fine. I have received it for my son last month without any problem.
best wishes
