Currently I'm on Tier 4 visa, and now i m applying for Tier 2 (General).

Which Documents we have to attach with Visa Application (Premium Service).


Can anyone please list the Documents Required for Tier 2 (General) Visa? IF I GO PHYSICALLY AS PREMIUM SERVICE

Hi, Please read the following Posts, it has complete list of Documents you need to submit according to different situation.

- Passport
- Two Photographs (Passport size, with name on Back)
- Biometric Resident Permit Card
- Birth Certificate
- Bank Statement (either Current or Saving Account it doesn't matter , in total you must have £900 at least in last three months)
- IELTS Result Card
- Master's Degree + Transcript
- Payslips (Last 3 Months)

You do not need to submit your payslip if are transferring from PSW ti T1. Read the following page

Hi Raynold nd Usman,

Thanks for your advice. but i have 2 questions:

1. My IELTS result is expired. so My MBA DEGREE from UK is not Sufficient to acheive english Point.

2. As i was student Tier 4, i dont have any work permission, so how do i submitte Payslip. is that mandatory?

No need for IELTS if you hold UK degree and as i mentioned earlier, you also do not need payslip as it mentioned on guidance. If you follow the link posted on my last reply you will be clear regarding payslip.
