Tier 2 General restricted work

Hi ,

I got Tier 2 General restricted work visa. what does it mean? can i shift to another employer who can give tier 2 General visa?
or any restrictions for this?

why its been called as restricted work?

Please give me details about this.

Restricted work means u r bound to your sponsor you can't do other jobs.
Yes you apply for other jobs, but it ll have the same clause.
