naturalisation certificate number-passport application

Post by psb » Mon Jun 24, 2013 6:17 pm

I wrote the wrong naturalisation certificate number on the passport application form - the number at the bottom right hand corner starting with a letter.

My form is already signed by the referee, do I need to fill in a new form and get it signed again?

Cross through, write the correct number. You can make up to 3 mistakes on the form.

I think three mistakes are three boxes only. The certificate number (seven digits) takes seven boxes.

I called the IPS and they told me I need to complete a new form. It is another struggle to get it signed again.
