Benifits for Housewive's

Hello there ,

I am on ILR , my wife is on ILR and baby is BC.
Wife used to work before and now she is not working due to child care costs.
I am working.
What benifits she can claim?
we are claiming child care benifit on her name .

May be entitled to tax credits (joint application). Your spouse may be eligible for contribution based JSA if she is able to actively seek employment. Or perhaps she could consider going to study at College/University? See http://www.entitledto.co.uk/ for a benefits calculation (tick you are British).

I got ILR on ten years long residency, i got 3 UK born kids which i am going to apply for naturalization in July this year, my question is
which benefits may i take as won't effect my dependent spouse visa in October like child benefits and child tax credit?
I am doing a part time job now

You do not naturalise children rather they will be entitled to register as British by virtue of section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act as they were born in the UK and you are now settled. You can claim child benefit in your name and tax credits jointly with your spouse who I assume is in the UK with you?
