Interview from malaysia £200k fund. NVQ level 4 type of biz?

i am so sorry if my subject is a bit confusing. due to the limit of space i could write everything about it

I have been called for an interview this coming monday at British Embassy in Kuala Lumpur. Am not really sure what to prepare but am doing the business plan right now.

I have a very successful online retail business. Supplying goods from UK to Malaysia. What i can understand is that Retail business doesnt qualify to apply for this type of visa. The confusion here is, i have read that NVQ Level 4 type of business is required if APPLY IN UNITED KINGDOM only. if this is right , looks like i can use my normal business for this application. Do please correct me if i am wrong.

If for let say i cannot use this business for the visa application. can i become a business partner with an establish business owner in the Uk. I have been offered to be a business partner in accounting firm or 15% stake for his care home ( he has 3 care home) or he sell me a shop.

my question here is
1) is it right that i can apply from outside uk even though it is under retail business categories?
2) can i invest that 200K to an established business ? i mean become the business partner.

you can open any business you want under £200k. for interview preparation search this forum for interview questions that has been asked from other applicant but focus on interview questions asked outside uk(as they are different than inside applicants under 50k). good luck

There r no restrictions under 200k category except property related business
U can open a retail store
Basically u have to be in their tax system

that does mean i can sell stuff like the one i am doing now which is buying stuffs from United kingdom and get it exported to malaysia.

if you dont mind can u show me where can i get this information? my husband was applying under the PSW route last time .. but he withdraw the application as we have something emergency back home.

however i still couldnt find interview questions from outside UK. most of them were having the interview in the UK .. seems like they submitted the business plan so the interview question will be based on the business plan. i didnt submit anything so i just couldnt imagine what that of question will they ask . what i can think about is just about the funding

1. Yes you can do retails business under 200k category.
2. yes you can do that as well providing appropriate paperwork to convince caseworker.
