People on HSMP already in UK - Help your fellow doctors!!!

Department of Health of UK has decided to impose a rule that HSMP doctors would not be able to apply for the NHS posts if their present VISA (leave to remain) does not cover full period of employment. Most of these employment contracts (under new MMC System) are for atleast 4 to 5 years and therefore all HSMP Doctors are likely to be excluded (considered not eligible). This is unfair - because after being admitted to UK under HSMP - all people under HSMP Visa should have equal opportunities - but BAPIO (British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin) has lost its legal challenge.

One of our colleagues has launched an e-petition against this unfair decision - Everybody resident (living) in UK is eligible to sign the petition.
