Wrong format for BRP number when applying for Tier2

Hiii my BRP number has 3 letters (RBX) followed by 6 digits, but it only allows 2 letters followed by 7 digits, so I cannot process to the next step....what should I do please? Any suggestion will be highly appreciated!!!! I am desperate as my contract starts on 1 August ....
