UK General visit visa...

Hi All,
My girl friend is visiting UK and I am sponsoring her complete trip...she is coming here for a 10day stay.
Here are the list of documents, please let me know if i have missed any document?
Documents from my side:
1) Sponsor letter stating her purpose as general visit.
2) My bio metric – photo copy
3) Six month payslips
4) Six month bank statements
5) Rental agreement – Photocopy – I live in a studio flat.

Documents from her side:
1) Cover letter
2) Application form
3) Employer bonafide certificate stating her current position and salary
4) Property details on her name

Questions:
1. What is the minimum balance should we maintain in each of our bank accounts? And for how many months?
2. Are the above set of documents enough?
3. I only have a rental agreement on my name signed by my landlord and I don’t receive any bills(such as Council Tax,Water,Gas or Electricity) on my name, should it be fine to show as UK address proof?

Any help on this would be helpful...

your personal matter is none of my business but just 3 months ago you were planning to bring your wife on a dependant visa

Hi Ban, If its none of your business why bother and there can 100's of reasons...so just stick to what you are good at...and just to clarify this confusion. I had posted the earlier query on behalf of my friend....
