Bachelors degree can do level 6 business??

Bachelors degree can do level 6 business??

I have done bachelors degree in International business studies. Is it ok to go for a business which is of level 6 business consultanat soc code 2423. Really confused!!
Please help me with this. Some people are saying me I can chose only those business which is in level 4. And level 6 business are for those who are on work permit.

Read policy guidance in details ....... If u switching from Psw to tier 1 than ur business and your role need to be at level 4 or above.

So level 6 yes
