Dependent visa required documents from abroad

Hi,
I recently got T1 visa approved now i am planning to get married and bring my wife with me from Pakistan. I read few threads here about the required documents but when i read policy documents, i get confused. Please help me out which documents i need from following.

1) Bank statement for maintenance funds
2) Tenancy agreement
3) Solicitor letter confirming available space in home for the dependent
4) Account letter about my income as i am registered self employed.
5) Marriage certificate

I was not registered as a director in my company neither is my company registered with company house. I got visa on self employed visa.

Dependents visas from India have more or less similar requirements in all catagories. Documents i have always used and adviced did work but dont make it as guidelines from UKBA. List of documents are

VAF 10 Application forms ,2 Photos each, Appropriate fees paid in cash
Original PassPort of Applicant
Copy of Passport & Biometric Card of Main Applicant.
Tenancy Agreement.
No Objection Certificate from the Landlord
Welcome/Invitation Letter from Main Applicant for dependent joining in UK.
3 Months Bank statement for Maintainence
Marraige Certificate attested by the Authorities
Marraige Invitation Card
Marraige photos including family group with Bride & Groom
Photos of Applicant ( Can be Taken in VFS on the same day)
TB scan
Letter from Your employer or Director confirming you job (OPtional)
Salary Slips if not your buisness earning (optional)
Visa copy, Passport copy, Driving Licence copy of Main Applicant.

This are the list of documents i have always used and advice as said, You can add to support your application...
