Hi expert urgent please reply!! Can I apply Tier 1 general dependent visa i.e. entry clearance from India to UK on fast track services

don't suppose there is fast track service for dependent visa in india (atleast)

from information what I have there is only fast track for visitor visa

Super priority visa service in India:
Eligibility for this service: Customers who are applying for a 6 month or 2 year multiple entry visitor visa (excluding student visit visas) and Have travelled without difficulty in the last 5 years to one of the following countries: UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or a Schengen country.
