NVQ Level 4

Hi guys i am applying for Entrepreneur Tier 1. I have 50k in my uk acc. can u please help me which business qualify for NVQ level 4. if i want to invest my money in subway or any takeaway business will it be qualify??

no retail business for psw->T1E with 50k access.

however u can do any business with 200k access.

how can I find the level of a business, whether its level 4 or below?

Is there any list or something that I can use?

I have already checked the appendix J and also the SOC codes but they only tell you level of job titles and not the level of business.

Any suggestions guys?

All you have to consider is the LEVEL OF ROLE in the business. The formula to find out level of business is as simple as:

Services of your selected role should be same as services offered by your Business.
OR according to guidance policy:

“Working” in this context means that the core service your business provides to its customers or clients involves the business delivering a service in an occupation at this level. It excludes any work involved in administration, marketing or website functions for the business.

To clear it; Guidance policy also states:

If the business is software sales and your main activity is developing software, you may qualify for points;
If the business is a taxi firm, the main occupation is driving a taxi and you will not score points even though you manage the business. Your main activity is providing a taxi service which is not skilled to graduate level.
