Please help

Please I need advice on my case.
I came in as student in 2009. My visa was to expire in 2011. I applied for extension before if expired and it was refused. I appealed and it failed as well. The home office has not gotten back to me with any notice of removal and did not return my document.
My parents and siblings are British but am not. I have a girlfriend who is not British but has a valid visa.
Do I have any possible options of getting back on track? Kindly help with your experience and advice.

You need to apply to Upper tribunal.

I have applied to the upper tribunal and it was rejected. I have sent a letter of reconsideration and haven't heard from them ever since. It's been over 18 months now. Something doesn't seem just right.

I don't see any hope as you got a bad history which cannot be changed. But you can still try your luck with any good immigration lawyer.
