Post by reflection » Thu Jun 27, 2013 3:21 pm

Hi There,

I have completed MBA degree in 2012 from UK and BBA in 2008 from home country( non - EU). now I am on Tier 4 Visa. I am on the way to get a sponsorship from a company as Tier 2 General Category. the company now asked me what will be sub category to be mentioned in related Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS). there are 4 options

T-2 General ( Switching immigration category)
T-2 General ( Extensions)
T-2 General ( Changes of Employment)
T-2 General ( Tier -4 Graduate switching to Tier -2)

Need opinion from experts which option from above will be applicable for me. Thanks.
