Exercise treaty rights in France

Hi everyone
I am a British citizen and would like to exercise my treaty rights in France. When we arrive in UK immigration officer don't stamp our passport. Can Home office prove if person was in UK or not?

Will UKBA know if I I travel to France or any other EU country?
