Hi Guys,


Can me and my partner appeal separately.......As UKBA has given some different reasons for each of us.

It makes no sense to defend different and extra reasons in the court.

we are planning to go for separate Oral hearing.....please let me know with your experience whether we can go separate appeal or not.....or will the Judge ask me why my partner is not appealing together with me.
