Hi,
Can anyone please guide me on my case here for ILR?
In november 2008 I had my entry clearance visa from India. This was company sponsored work permit for 5 years. After 18 months I have changed my visa category to Tier 1 general this was valid for 3 years again. Recently I had changed my visa category again to Tier 2 general this is valid until February 2016. Although I can stay on my visa until 2016 I believe I am eligible to apply for my ILR in November this year. Because that is when I complete 5 years of stay by work permity (18 months) + Tier 1 general ( 3 years) + Tier 2 general (6 months by november).
Can anyone please confirm I can still apply for ILR in this november although I stayed in 3 different immigration status?
Could anyone also confirm what is the application fee for ILR if applying through post?
Additionally could please list the documents required for ILR application please?
