address changes

Also if your old correspondent address was changed then you have to change the address on the ukba online page. Otherwise, they will send biometric letter to the old correspondent address even you specify in your application your new address.

Hi,

Pleas scan you explain point number 3 ("Pro-rate down" is work to me).

I want to apply for an extension and I'm in the same position as you 37.5hrs and paid £27500.
This salary is valid.
Can you tell me where the employer can put down that they calculated pro-rata and that £27500 is okay even though it says £28400 for 39hrs. Will they need to put it in the CoS?

Thank you.

the total weekly hours worked and the salary have to be stated in the CoS, This data will be used when assessing whether your application complies with the appropriate salary requirement.

There is a close in TIER2 Guidence: You cannot claim pro rata earnings if you will be working part-time. Part-time workers can only score points for their actual earnings. What does it exactly mean? Does the salary has to be always not less then in your code of practice or it could be lower if you work less then 39 hours a week? Then what is the minimum allowed?

If you are extending Tier 2 General visa, the route is the same as people with fresh applying Tier 2 General?
e.g. Proving £900 funds, University/English proof..etc ?

hi,

I am looking for my tier2 extension too.
I am not sure on what are the things I will need.
Do my company has to apply for new CoS? I am on same designation and nothing changed except my lil raise in salary.

Can you please suggest something here? Or would be so thankful if you can give list of things needed?

Thanks lot
Janki
